Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The letter addresses all three bullet points: the reason for the request, the plan for work coverage, and the request for assistance. However, the development of these points is somewhat limited. For example, the explanation regarding the software is brief, and the request for help is phrased as a command ('So provide me the required things') rather than a professional request. While the task is fulfilled, the tone is occasionally inappropriate for a formal letter to a manager, which affects the overall impact of the communication.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. Transitions between sentences are often abrupt, such as the jump from discussing the software to the request for resources. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly in the second paragraph where the connection between the junior's experience and the proposed work arrangement could be smoother. Overall, the structure is functional but lacks the sophisticated flow required for higher bands.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but remains quite basic. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choices, such as 'interiors designer' (should be 'interior designer'), 'from last six year' (should be 'for the last six years'), and 'prompt revert' (revert is often misused in this context; 'response' or 'reply' is preferred). The range of vocabulary is sufficient to convey the message, but it lacks the precision and variety expected at higher levels. The tone is also inconsistent, shifting between professional and overly casual.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The response contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Common issues include missing articles ('the' 3D max software), subject-verb agreement errors ('Our client need'), and prepositional errors ('in same field'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary commas and run-on sentences. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader and indicate a lack of control over more complex grammatical forms.
