Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: explaining the reason for the request, proposing a plan for your current workload, and asking for assistance. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of how your work will be handled is quite vague ('will be handle my co worker'), lacking specific details on the handover process or project management. To achieve a higher band, you should expand on these points with more concrete examples or professional justifications. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, though the structure could be more polished to better reflect a professional request.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter follows a logical structure with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a closing. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. Transitions between sentences are occasionally abrupt, such as the jump between your career growth goals and the logistics of your current workload. Paragraphing is present, but the connection between ideas could be strengthened by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition'). Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly in the second paragraph where the subject of sentences is occasionally omitted, making the flow feel slightly disjointed.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your request clearly. You use some relevant professional terms like 'career growth' and 'milestone'. However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'extra ordinary skills' (should be 'extraordinary') and 'Collegus' (colleagues). Additionally, the phrase 'I will be wait for your response' is grammatically incorrect and lexically weak. To improve, focus on using more precise professional collocations and ensure that your spelling is accurate, as these errors occasionally distract the reader from your message.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the overall accuracy. Common issues include missing articles ('with this India branch'), incorrect verb forms ('will be handle my co worker'), and subject-verb agreement errors ('As you aware'). While the meaning remains understandable, these persistent errors indicate a lack of control over complex structures. To reach a higher band, you should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical consistency, particularly with verb tenses and prepositions, and aim to construct more error-free complex sentences.
