You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you to make a request for working in London for six months of period.

The reason I want to spend six months is that, my brother is coming in London for tourism purpose. Moreover, luckily at the same time I got the project here from our head office. Although timeline of this project is about six weeks ,I want to spend more time here with my brother.

While, I am working from another country I will make sure to attend all the meetings, seminars and will up to date with all the projects.

I just needed your assistance to organise my tasks and work duties in London so, I can start my work accordingly.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
