You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
- explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
- say how your work could be done while you are away

Dear Manager
I am writing this letter to express my interest to migrate and join our company's Head Office . I truly believe, this decision will make me more confident in my current role as well.
There is a position of Software tester for 6 month contract basis in our Head office location .Holding bachelor degree in Computer Science and having an experience of 5 years within the company makes me an ideal candidate. Also working in another country will give a chance to meet new people and learn other's culture and work ethics.
I am totally aware about my current position responsibilities and that will not be ignored . I already completed my 3 projects and the remaining will be submitting before my departure . I also promise , i will be available and responsible for any additional help.
Your approval is mandatory .Kindly allow me and confirm the dates with the Head Office so we can plan work accordingly . Also , complete my performance review part as that will be monitored in future to take final decision on my request by Head Office.
