Dear Sir,

I am writing a letter to express my satisfaction with company's decision that I am going to work with the head office in Canada for up coming six months. I am grateful that I have been chosen for this golden opportunity.

I am Kiara and I am working in management department from last 3 years with this company as they are going to set a new branch in Ottawa which is near to Toronto head office so they want me to select the team for management. Moreover, this is great news I heard today which will improve my professional experience as well as I will gain knowledge and skills from my superior over there.

I would like to give my work responsibilities to my assistant Kevin. Furthermore, I will guide him with my work pattern and tasks I have to do everyday. I am sure he is a capable candidate to do all the work smoothly and without any mistakes.

I want one favour from you is that could you please assist me with the visa and immigration procedure as I am going to fly next week I need to do it as quick as possible.
