Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The letter addresses all three bullet points: the reason for the request, the plan for work coverage, and the request for assistance. However, the response is under the 150-word minimum, which limits the development of ideas. The explanation for why you want to work at the head office is somewhat vague, and the plan for how your work will be managed while away lacks specific detail. To improve, you should expand on how your current responsibilities will be handled (e.g., delegating tasks or using remote software) and provide a more professional justification for the transfer to ensure the tone is appropriate for a formal business request.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the awkward phrasing 'as result in to learn' and the misuse of 'While' at the start of the third paragraph. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the punctuation—specifically the inconsistent spacing around commas and semicolons—distracts from the flow of the text. Improving the use of linking words like 'consequently,' 'furthermore,' or 'in addition' would help create a smoother progression of ideas.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision required for a formal business letter. There are several spelling errors (e.g., 'experince,' 'stratighises,' 'addidatinally,' 'appearciate') and word choice issues, such as 'another province' when the prompt specified 'another country.' The range is limited, relying on basic phrasing. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more professional collocations and ensuring accurate spelling of business-related terminology. Using more sophisticated vocabulary, such as 'professional development' instead of 'get in-person experince,' would significantly enhance the quality of your writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally impede readability. Issues include incorrect verb forms ('will helps me'), missing articles ('in head office'), and improper sentence construction ('i would be really appearciate, if you will make an arrangement of transfer me'). The capitalization is also inconsistent, with many sentences starting with lowercase letters. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of grammatical slips prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent sentence structure is essential.
