You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request an opportunity to work in our head office in Canada for six months.

I have been working in this company for seven years and I believe it is great opportunity to gain more international exposure through going there. This will give me a chance to work with global experts in business, learning international work culture, trying latest trade skills. Moreover, it would help us to strengthen international business partnership.

while I was away from our company, I would be performing same responsibility there. In addition, I will finish all my pending work here on time, so I can easily move there. I have already told Mr. Sinha about my desire and he is willingly said yes to take over my work while I am gone. I want request about pre-arrangement for my stay and immigration process. Furthermore, kindly arrange desk so I can freely work there.
