You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear sir,

I hope you are doing well.My name is Ronak Rathod and my employee id-12345.I am working your compnay last five years.I will have planned I can spend six months working in its our head office in USA.I am writing this letter regarding request for work only six months our head office.

However,We are working one of software it is very old version. That's why I can learning our head office because of our head office use latest version then that is strongly usefull our office employees.

Therefore,I will going to USA office due to work related.I am send my whole work remote based and I told my whole team member any further my work pending during my whole journey whole are manage pending task.

Morewore,I would request you please approve my only six months transfer our head office.

I hope you understand my request.That is good for your company employees growth.
