You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that, I have received an email from head office and found that my request for working in international branch of company has been accepted .It is honor for me to get such chance, and definitely I am glad to join this soon.

Firstly, I was keen to work outside of country in order explore more knowledge and gain experience, through this opportunity I can get professional exposure as it could boost up my over all career .During this tenure of six month over new branch I will join international meeting with client from over all world, and learn new language, more professional techniques and some new cultures too .

However, I will be available at my position on remotely and will able to join any meeting or conference any time during this course of time. Furthermore, MR, Nadim is here as my replacement if any psychical presence or meeting is required. He will be with me on conference call during that meetings .

Additionally, I am sending that email of Head office with some important documents and requesting you to make some initial arrangement for me .
