During my absence, I propose that my responsibilities could be divided among my existing team mates, with specific tasks being delegated to individual best suited to handle them. I am more than willing to assist in creating a transition plan and training the tam for temporary assumptions of my duties.

Furthermore, I kindly ask for your help in arranging this opportunity. I understand the importance of ensuring a smooth transition and seamless continuation of work in my absence, and I am committed to working closely with you to address any concern and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
