You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request you that I would like to work in main office of different country for half year to gain more experience and knowledge.

One of the main reason to work internationally is to meet new people and to know their culture. Apart from that another reason is gaining and learning new technics as well as formats which could be helpful for my career and also for the company.

Moreover, before leaving the place I would like to complete my pending and upcoming work and also whoever, joining in my proxy I would to share my work systems and future ideas so he or she can fulfill their duties.

I would be very grateful if you could arrange me a position in head office in another country. Even I would be appreciative if I receive this opportunity and I look forward for your prompt response.
