Another than that I will be manage my work through online portal, such as communicating with vendors and finalizing the end deals with other clients.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have addressed all three bullet points of the prompt: explaining the reason for the transfer, outlining the work handover plan, and requesting assistance. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter to a manager. However, the explanation regarding your brother's sponsorship is slightly irrelevant to the professional context of the request; it would be more effective to focus on how the experience at the head office would benefit your professional development and the company. The ideas are clear, but the development could be more focused on business objectives to better meet the requirements of a formal request.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, each addressing a specific part of the task. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Another than that' and 'I would be grateful', to connect ideas. However, some transitions are slightly awkward or non-standard, such as 'Another than that', which should be 'Apart from that' or 'Furthermore'. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to create a more natural, professional tone.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, such as 'finalizing', 'consideration', and 'policies'. However, there are several spelling errors, such as 'intera' (internal), 'sponser' (sponsor), 'monts' (months), 'greateful' (grateful), 'companie's' (company's), and 'Cheif' (Chief). These errors are noticeable and detract from the professional quality of the letter. To reach a higher band, you should focus on accuracy in spelling and use more precise professional collocations, such as 'internal transfer' rather than 'intera transfer'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. For example, 'I am writing to request you that If you could please help me' is redundant and grammatically incorrect. Other issues include 'I will be manage my work' (should be 'I will manage') and 'She knows all the policies and I also explained her' (should be 'explained to her'). While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage would be beneficial.
