You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Mr. Aman,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request that you help me arragnge a temporary position at our head office in Canada.

I would like to work in our head office because I want to learn the international operations of our company by working overseas. It will be a great chance for me to learn new skills by working and interacting with international staff. I hope the new skills will assist me working more effiectively and efficiently when I return back to my work.

While I will away from my work, I will manage all my work through online portal of our company. Due to different time zones, it will be easy for me to manage my tasks accordingly. I will also be available online for my staff for any assistance and guidance.

Please could you help me to complete this process and write to HR for specific arrangements while staying there. Give me any advice of you it would help me finalize my decision.
