You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my want to work in the head office in France. And asking you for your recommendation and help to arrange the half year international working.

To work in the head office has always been my dream. I have performed excellent in past years and have received best employee award last month. By working in the head office I would get the opportunity to improve my work under the eye of CEOs and executive of the company as well as I would be able to enhance the quality of my deliverables.

While I will be in the other country, my junior will be addressing the meetings on behalf of me under my instructions. Additionally, I will try to complete projects in the weekends so that other collegues work does not get hindered. I need your reference to submit my eligibility to work in France and also your time to help to schedule and book my accomodation and travel to the other country.
