Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The letter covers all three bullet points required by the prompt. You clearly state the purpose of the request, explain how your current workload will be managed through digital tools, and ask for the manager's assistance with logistics. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of why you want to work at the head office is a bit vague, relying on phrases like 'core of our company's aim' without specific professional justification. To improve, ensure your reasons are more concrete and professional to better persuade your manager.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each addressing a specific part of the task. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Also', 'As', and 'But' to link ideas. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by awkward phrasing, such as 'I am thinking to work in our head office because I and understand the core'. The transition between ideas could be smoother; for example, the jump from discussing your work tasks to asking for help with accommodation feels a bit abrupt. Using a wider range of linking words would improve the overall progression.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message, but there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors. Phrases like 'get more explain' (gain more experience) and 'give your sign' (provide your signature/endorsement) are unnatural. Additionally, there are minor spelling errors such as 'sutaible' and 'wonderfull'. While your meaning is generally clear, the vocabulary is somewhat repetitive and lacks the professional precision expected in a formal business letter. Focusing on collocations and formal business terminology will help elevate your score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('If your think'), incorrect verb forms ('I want to do it from a long time'), and awkward sentence construction ('I am thinking to work in our head office because I and understand'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. To improve, focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect verb tenses.
