Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my opinion that I would like to work in another country's head office for six months.
The main reason for that I want to work is get the exposure of another country traditions and cultures that indirectly helps our company to give services according to public demands. In head office I will deal with the survey of the community where I will a chance to know about their basic needs, their expectations regarding the merchandises and so on.
When I am away I will try to do my work through online platform. As you already know I have great knowledge of using the digital app such as Zoom. With the assist of it I will do my meeting online and present my presentations in front of other company employees.
I would like to appreciate If you could help me arranging a accommodation in another country so I can spend my six months over there without facing any obstacles.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all three bullet points of the prompt. You clearly state the purpose of the request, explain how your work will be managed remotely, and ask for assistance with accommodation. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter to a manager. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, the explanation of how you will manage your work could be more detailed, and the request for help with accommodation is quite direct. To reach a higher band, ensure that your reasons are more fully extended and that the tone remains consistently professional throughout the letter.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'The main reason', 'When I am away', and 'In addition'. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the transition between the purpose of the trip and the request for help could be smoother. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the overall structure lacks the sophisticated linking required for higher bands. Improving the variety of your cohesive devices will help the text flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message, such as 'exposure', 'merchandises', and 'obstacles'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'give services according to public demands' (better: 'provide services tailored to public needs') and 'do my meeting' (better: 'conduct my meetings'). The term 'merchandises' is also slightly unnatural in this context. While the vocabulary is sufficient to communicate your meaning, it lacks the precision and flexibility needed for a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors, such as 'The main reason for that I want to work is get' (should be 'The main reason I want to work is to get') and 'With the assist of it' (should be 'With the assistance of this'). Additionally, there are minor errors with articles and prepositions throughout the text. While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct prepositional usage will improve your accuracy.
