I am writing this letter, in order to inform you that I have decided to work in another country because of my interest in marketing management skills as I am collecting knowledge of this course from one year ago and for this I applied in it and I have won a position and for this I am going there and do work in company's head office for around six months.
As, I should also give my full concentrate in the office work also. Moreover, I often attend my office meetings and do office task on a regular basis. I give my hundred percent.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all three bullet points of the prompt, but the development of ideas is quite weak. While you explain your desire to work at the head office, the connection between your marketing course and the company's needs is unclear. The explanation of how your work will be covered is vague; you mention 'online resources' and 'meeting apps' but do not explain how your specific daily responsibilities will be managed or handed over. The tone is also somewhat inconsistent for a formal business request. To improve, focus on providing more concrete details about your current role and a clear plan for your workload during your absence.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The letter is organized into short paragraphs, which is appropriate for the format. However, the logical flow between sentences is often disjointed. For example, the transition from explaining your marketing course to discussing your current office meetings is abrupt. While you use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'Furthermore', they are sometimes used mechanically or to connect ideas that do not logically follow one another. The referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow your train of thought throughout the letter.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is limited and repetitive. You rely on basic phrases such as 'do work', 'office work', and 'office task'. There is a lack of professional, business-appropriate terminology that would be expected in a letter to a manager. Some word choices are awkward, such as 'collecting knowledge of this course', which is not a standard collocation. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise business vocabulary and avoid repeating the word 'office' multiple times in close proximity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. There are issues with sentence structure, such as the very long, run-on sentence in the first paragraph. You also struggle with verb tenses and prepositions, such as 'from one year ago' instead of 'for the past year' and 'meting' (a spelling error for 'meeting'). While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty. Focus on writing shorter, clearer sentences to ensure your meaning is conveyed accurately and to reduce the frequency of errors.
