Dear Mr Samuel,
I am writing to express my interest to work in our company's head office for a certain period of time. So, in order to move temporary in other province I would need your assistance.
Let me explain my situation in more detail, two months prior I applied for an internship of six months. This internship can genuinely enhance my skills and can bring lucrative opportunities upon completion. this is not only beneficial for me as an employee but also advantageous for the oraganisation where I am currently working.
I have already explained one of my collegue about the tasks for the current project I am working on. Moreover, while persuing my internship I will work as a part-time employee in order to main the work flow.
I would really appreciate if you could help me in arranging the trip to Ontario London from Toronto in next thirty days. Kindly consider my request.
Thankyou for your consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Sara Jafar.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points: the reason for the request, the plan for current work, and the request for assistance. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For example, the explanation of how work will be covered is vague, mentioning only that a colleague has been briefed and that you will work part-time, without specifying how the core responsibilities will be managed. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, though the request for a trip to 'Ontario London' is slightly confusing as it lacks geographical clarity. To improve, ensure that your proposals are more detailed and realistic to better persuade your manager.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of your request. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover' and 'In order to', which assist in linking ideas. However, the transition between the first and second paragraphs is slightly abrupt. Additionally, some sentences are a bit disjointed, such as 'So, in order to move temporary in other province I would need your assistance.' Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would enhance the overall flow and coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'lucrative opportunities' and 'advantageous'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and spelling mistakes, such as 'temporary' instead of 'temporarily', 'collegue' instead of 'colleague', and 'persuing' instead of 'pursuing'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do suggest a need for more careful proofreading. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensuring that your spelling is accurate, especially for common professional terminology.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is appropriate for this task. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of your writing. Examples include 'interest to work' (should be 'interest in working'), 'move temporary in other province' (should be 'move temporarily to another province'), and 'main the work flow' (should be 'maintain the workflow'). While these errors rarely prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to limit your score. Focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of prepositions to improve your accuracy.
