You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sam,

I hope this letter finds you well. As we spoke earlier about the arrangements related to working overseas with the management. I would like to upgrade my skills by working with engineer's who are professional in the coding sector. Additionally, after completing my training for six months in head department, I can deliver more beneficial results for our home branch as well.

However, I do understand your concern about the current tasks that are assigned to me and how they will be completed when I am working in different time zone. Nevertheless, I have done two jobs simultaneously in the past and I am confident that I can deliver productive results. Furthermore, I can join for weekly meeting virtually when I am away from office.

If you write a letter of recommendation to our vice-president that would be great. In addition, can you please sign me up for the shuttle service from airport to hotel as well.
