You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my interest of working at our company's head office for few months to get job closures in order to contribute towards this company.

As you know, i have been promoted as a Senior Accounting Analyst and completed five years successfully in this company. I would like to take this opportunity to acquire further knowledge about areas of accounting and financial aspects and gain experience by working with our global teams.

During my absence i propose to distribute equal duties to my colleagues and fellow members as i can also train some of staff to fulfill my responsibilities. I will also be checking emails on daily basis and be available to attend emergency meetings and calls.

Therefore i request you to make possible arrangements for me to take this opportunity for the growth of my professional career and skills.
