You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to request you regarding switching place for half a year to our organization’s main office in London.

I want to relocate there for some reasons.Actually my younger brother and sister lives there for higher education and they invited me there to spend some quality time with them on their summer vacations. It will more easy for me do continue my job there along living with both of them.

As you know I have ten years of experience in this same company and I’m aware about all the roles and responsibilities.So, it is not difficult for me to handle all the job related tasks.I will manage everything on time. If I will be there for a short period of time it will be helpful for them as well as enhance my skills.In future if they need replacement am happy to help for everywhere.

I will be grateful and happy, If u can make arrangements for me there by talking with them.

I will be eagerly waiting for your response.
