• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months

Dear David,

I hope you're fine. I'm a Senior Software Developer working in the Master team which manages backend services under your management. I'm writing this letter to ask for the possibility for me to spend six months in the head office in Florida, USA.

From the beginning, I wanted to work in different countries to understand their work environments. That's why I joined this international company. On the notice board, I just checked, there is a temporary contract spanning six months in Florida office to train the clients. As I've developed this project, I can better train them.

I understand, you would concern about the tasks assigned to me. I can ensure task completion on time and proper updates in the SCRUM. I know other colleagues would want to avail this apportunity but it would be great if you can short list me for this and discuss with higher management.
