You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Mr.Paul,

I hope you’re having a great day today. I am writing today grant your permission to work in our head office in America for a duration of six months.

As you know, my sister lives in New York, met an accident and fractured her leg. Additionally, she do not have anyone to look after her so I was worried for her. Because of that I wanted a temporary transfer and our head office is also located in New York City, which will allows me both work and to take care of my sister at same time.

Moreover, here also I do hybrid type of work so same way I could do if I got transfer. In addition, it’s been nine years since I’m working for the same company so I know all the things. Therefore, your reference would be greatly appreciated and it’s help me lot to make arrangements if you could communicate to our head office.

I appreciate your assistance in this method and I look forward to hearing from you.
