You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear sir or Madam,

Subject: To apply for a short time transfer to the head branch.

I am writing to request you for transfer me to company's head branch for six months. I want to work in head office due to its work environment which is very motivational and give a motivation to learn from our mistakes and help to work on new skills. Further, I am working on the project where my one of the tem member is from head office. Once I will be there we can work together and save the time that we consume while waitng reply from each others.

In addition, I need your help for moving to main branch. I really want to boost up my skills, which will also help our office once I will be back after working in head branch. So, I want you to do some arrangement for to work there.

I am looking forward to your positive response.
