Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my interest in working at one of your head offices in Australia for six months.

To provide some context, I have been working at Mazda for about six years now, which is such a privilege for me. The main reason for this specific request is to meet my parents there and to gain multi-level experience.

Being a major part of this company, I would like to assure you that my work remains the priority. I will configure everything on my laptop so that there will not be any trouble for my teammates. For the company's convenience, my cellphone will be active 24/7 so that if something comes up, I will follow up at my earliest.

Based on the aforementioned reasoning, I request that you please make the necessary arrangements in the head office before my arrival.
