You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Sir,

I am Krupa Maisuria has been working in your company for last three years. I am writing to request permission to spend six months working at our company's head office in another country.

As I have three years experience of my work and I have gained considerable knowledge and skills in my current role. However, I believe that working at head office would allow me to gain a better understanding of the company's international operations and learn more about how different departments collaborate. It will allow me to chance working with seniors and fellow colleagues.

I would particularly like to spend this periods at the head office London, preferably from January to June next year. I am willing to continue carrying out mu usual responsibilities and can make the necessary arrangements with current team before leaving. I would also be happy to discuss accommodation, travel, and expenses.

I would be very grateful if you could help me to arrange all the requirement which required for this work and this knowledge will help when I return and contribute positively to our team's future work.
