I am writing regarding to request to be transmitted to our company's head office in switzerland for six months starting from next month.

The first reason that I would ask to be transfer for is that while I was checking the website of the company I found a training that will be held for media buyers that will providet the latest updates of Meta and new approaches of running paid ads. which will be really effective on my career.

This training will last for six months, So I will be there that long, However, I am totally aware about my job responsibilites that have to be done all that period. Therefore, I made some arrangaments with my colleague Sarah, and she kindly approved to replace me during this period. Thus, I would really appreaciate it if you could help me and approve my transmitt, Moreover. I would be really grateful if you could write a recommendation for me.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, successfully covering why you want to work at the head office, how your work will be managed in your absence, and asking for assistance. However, some areas lack full development. For instance, explaining the professional benefits of the training on Meta advertising is quite good, but the explanation regarding how your workload will be handled is slightly brief and informal. You mention making arrangements with a colleague named Sarah and working after hours, which answers the prompt adequately, but extending these ideas further with more specific details about task delegation would elevate the task response. Overall, the purpose of the letter is clear and appropriate for a general professional context.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter maintains a coherent overall arrangement with a logical sequence of ideas, moving naturally from the purpose of the letter to the justification, the coverage plan, and finally the call to action. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct points, such as the training details and the operational arrangements. However, cohesion at the sentence level is occasionally mechanical or faulty, such as the overuse of 'So' and 'Therefore', and the punctuation misuse with 'However, I am totally aware about my job responsibilites that have to be done all that period.' Improving the variety of transition phrases and ensuring smoother referencing would enhance the overall flow of the text.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

An adequate range of vocabulary is used to complete the task, including suitable professional terms like 'media buyers', 'paid ads', and 'job responsibilities'. There are, however, noticeable word choice, word form, and spelling errors throughout the text that indicate limitations in precision. Examples include 'transmitted' instead of transferred, 'switzerland' with a lowercase letter, 'providet', 'arrangaments', and 'transmitt'. While these slips do not seriously impede communication because the reader can easily grasp your meaning, they restrict the vocabulary score and show a need for closer attention to spelling and precise lexical forms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The writing demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional and relative clauses like 'which will be really effective on my career.' There are, nevertheless, several errors in grammar and punctuation that persist throughout the letter. Examples include 'regarding to request' instead of 'regarding my request' or 'to request', 'that I would ask to be transfer for' containing an incorrect preposition and verb form, and sentence-boundary issues such as comma splices or fragments like 'Moreover. I would be really grateful'. Despite these mistakes, the meaning remains generally clear and communication is rarely impeded.
