Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the main purpose by explaining that you want international experience and by asking your manager to offer you the opportunity. The reference to your internship with overseas clients gives some relevant support. However, the reason for choosing the head office is not fully developed, and the explanation of how your work would continue is unclear: “my months targets explains performance” does not specify arrangements such as remote working, handovers, or coordination with your current team. The request for help is also general rather than asking the manager to assist with practical arrangements or approval. Develop each bullet point with clear, specific details so the letter fully explains your proposal.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a recognisable structure: an opening, paragraphs about your motivation and work continuity, and a closing request. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Additionally,” and “Lastly” help signal the progression. However, some links are mechanical, and the relationship between ideas is not always clear. For example, “I have that exposure for the job” does not clearly connect your internship to the proposed placement, while “Rest my months targets explains performance in the office” interrupts the explanation of how work will be managed. Use clearer transitions and organise the practical arrangements into a focused paragraph, with each sentence explaining one aspect of your plan.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “international work experience,” “foreign clients,” “time zone,” and “opportunity.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, word-form, spelling, and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “my eager” for your enthusiasm, “upskills myself,” “foreign exposure,” and “offer me this opportunity to work outside country.” There are also spelling errors such as “Adittionaly,” “foriegn,” and “managable.” Aim for natural workplace expressions and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise language for remote work and coordination would also help you explain your proposal effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, including “I assure you that work will not hamper in future while i am working in another country.” However, errors occur frequently and sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. For example, “I hope this letter finds you well in a great spirits” has problems with article and number agreement, and “During my graduation i did intership with company who's client were from another country” contains errors in tense, articles, and agreement. The sentence about your monthly targets is also grammatically unclear. Practise accurate sentence patterns for explaining reasons and arrangements, and check articles, verb forms, agreement, and punctuation when editing.
