Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you explain that you want to learn about working in different countries and improve your skills, describe how a colleague could take over daily duties while you remain available online, and ask your manager to contact the head office. The purpose is clear and the tone is appropriately polite. The explanation of the professional benefit is relevant but brief, and the work-cover plan could be more specific—for example, identify which projects or responsibilities your colleague would handle and how you would ensure a smooth handover. This response meets the main requirements well, but fuller development and clearer practical details would make the request more convincing and complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The letter has a clear progression from the request and its reasons to the proposed work arrangements and a final appeal for help. Paragraphing supports this structure, and signposts such as “First of all,” “Also,” and “Moreover” make the sequence easy to follow. The closing is appropriate for a formal letter. Some linking is a little mechanical, however, and “Also” is used to introduce separate points without showing their precise relationship. The sentence beginning “I know my current duties must stop when i come back” also makes the timeline difficult to follow: it is unclear whether you mean duties will stop while you are away. Clarifying this reference and using transitions that express cause or contrast would make the progression more natural.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough task-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “head office,” “daily tasks,” “upcoming projects,” and “online meetings.” The polite phrases “I would be grateful” and “I look forward to” also suit the letter’s purpose. However, several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems reduce precision: “learn how to do work in different countries,” “workpartner,” “give all question answer,” and “contact the our head office” are not natural expressions. There are also spelling errors in “woekpartner,” “hendle,” and “greatful.” Aim for more precise workplace language and check spelling carefully; this would make the message sound more fluent and professional.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple sentences and more developed structures, including “I would be grateful if you could contact…” and the clause “when needed.” Most of the message remains understandable, and the errors do not generally prevent the reader from following your request. Some grammatical inaccuracies persist, though. In “I would like do this job,” the infinitive needs “to”; “I know my current duties must stop when i come back” has an unclear time relationship; and “any time that suitable” needs a verb, such as “is suitable.” The lowercase “i” and the full stop after your name also show inconsistent punctuation and capitalization. Review verb patterns, complete clauses, and sentence punctuation to improve accuracy.
