Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you explain that you want to be near your family because of your father’s serious condition, say you would coordinate with both offices, and ask your manager to help arrange the temporary move. The reason for choosing the Indian head office is relevant and clear. However, the work plan is less fully explained: “communicate” and “coordinate” do not specify which duties you could continue, how you would handle them, or what arrangements would prevent disruption. The request for assistance is also broad, and the letter could identify practical help needed, such as approval, a transfer date, or coordination with the India office. Developing these details would make the response more complete and persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a sensible overall sequence: it introduces the request, explains the family circumstances, describes how you would stay in contact, and closes by asking for help. Paragraphing supports this progression, and phrases such as “While I will be in India” signal a shift to the work arrangements. The organisation is clear, though some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “as well as India's as well” repeats the same linking idea, while the long opening paragraph combines your identity, location, request, and timing. Separate these points and use more precise links between them. The closing could also connect the documents you mention directly to the specific assistance you are requesting.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “head office,” “temporary shift,” “medical condition,” and “arranging.” These choices make the purpose understandable, and you attempt some more specific language. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, including “particurarly,” “consistantly,” “dignosed,” and “considration.” Some phrases are also unnatural or too dramatic for a professional request, particularly “before a judgement day occurs in my family.” Choose direct, appropriately formal wording, such as explaining that you want to support your family during your father’s treatment. More precise terms for your duties and the transfer arrangements would also improve the range and suitability of your vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the conditional “If you agree on my request” and the time clause “While I will be in India.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors affect accuracy. For example, “I am kirat modi an employee” needs punctuation and a clearer sentence structure; “my father been dignosed” is missing an auxiliary verb; and “I will need some assistance in arranging” would be clearer with a specific object, such as “the transfer.” There are also issues with articles, capitalization, and sentence boundaries. Review verb forms and build longer sentences around one clearly expressed main idea to improve control.
