Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address the three main points: you explain that the overseas placement would support your professional growth, describe how you would manage work while away, and request approval. The reference to learning about “IT related issues” and understanding another country’s system gives a relevant reason, while working extra time and planning tasks with colleagues offer a basic continuity plan. However, the benefits to the company and the practical arrangements are not fully explained, and the request for help is indirect: “please let me know” does not clearly ask your manager to arrange or support the placement. Develop these points with specific details, such as how duties would be covered and what assistance you need.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The letter has a recognisable structure, moving from your purpose to your reasons and work plan, then to a closing request. Linking expressions such as “Besides” and “So” help connect some ideas. However, the progression is not consistently clear: the sentence beginning “In near future” shifts to advice from a coworker without explaining how this relates to arranging the placement, and “While” introduces a clause that does not connect smoothly to the preceding sentence. Paragraphing could also separate your motivation, work arrangements, and request more clearly. Use transitions to show the relationship between each point, and make references such as “over there” more precise.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “approval,” “overall growth,” “gain knowledge,” and “complete on time.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are unnatural, which can make your meaning less clear. For example, “different nation” is less natural than “another country,” and “role for desginated job” does not clearly express the position you mean. There are also spelling errors, including “desginated,” “collaegues,” and “Sincerily.” Aim for precise workplace language and check spelling carefully. More natural phrases such as “professional development,” “head office,” and “coordinate my workload” would make the letter clearer and more appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, for example, “After checking the role…” and the sentence explaining how working abroad could benefit you and the company. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, sentence construction, and punctuation sometimes make the message difficult to follow. In “I writing this letter,” the verb needs an auxiliary (“I am writing”); “I also getting advice” similarly needs “am getting” or a different tense. The clause “by working in another country understand the system” lacks a clear subject, and “While, working over there” is incorrectly punctuated. Practise building complete clauses and checking that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
