As you are already aware my family is in Canada. This oppertunity can help me spent more time with her as well as give proper time my son.

You do not need to worry about my work while i will be in Canada. As i can work remotely & complete all my pending assignments. This way nobody have to suffer durung this period of time.

It is not hidden from anyone that you have good relations with top management. I would be really thankful to you if you can refer me for this transfer to higher management. This will help our firm to as i can learn new skill & contribute towards the growth of the firm.

I am really looking froward towards your response.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you explain that the placement would support your career and let you spend time with your family, say you could work remotely, and ask your manager to refer you to senior management. The purpose of the letter is clear and the ideas are relevant. However, some points are less fully explained than others. For example, “great exposure to my future career” does not specify what you hope to learn at the head office, and the remote-work plan does not explain how you would coordinate assignments or remain available to the team. The request for help is also framed mainly as a referral rather than a broader request to arrange the transfer. Developing these details would make the response more complete and persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: it introduces the request, gives personal reasons, addresses work arrangements, and closes by asking for support. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these stages, and links such as “As you are already aware” and “This way” show an effort to connect ideas. Some connections, however, are not fully clear or are slightly mechanical. The sentence beginning “This will help our firm” does not clearly connect the manager’s referral with the company benefit, and “As i can work remotely” is not smoothly attached to the preceding sentence. Make these relationships explicit and use a more conventional closing for a manager to improve the flow and tone.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant workplace vocabulary, including “head office,” “remotely,” “assignments,” “transfer,” and “higher management,” so the main message is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make the writing less precise: “exposer” for “exposure,” “oppertunity,” “spent more time,” and “learn new skill.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “give proper time my son” and “refer me for this transfer to higher management.” Choose standard professional expressions and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise language about the skills or experience you hope to gain would also help you explain your motivation convincingly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, for example, “This opportunity can help me…” and “I would be really thankful to you if you can…”. The intended meaning is usually recoverable, but errors in sentence construction and control occur across the letter. In “As i can work remotely & complete all my pending assignments,” the dependent clause is left as a fragment; connect it to the previous sentence or make it independent. There are also agreement and verb-form problems in “nobody have to suffer” and “can help me spent,” as well as missing articles or prepositions in “give proper time my son.” Use complete sentences, check subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, and punctuate the letter consistently.
