Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address all three requested points: you explain that you want to improve your digital-marketing skills, say you would handle work remotely, and ask your manager to help arrange the transfer. However, the reasons for choosing Canada and the head office are only briefly stated, and the remote-work plan lacks practical detail, such as how you would coordinate with colleagues or meet deadlines across time zones. The response also contains 136 words, below the required 150, so it needs more development. Add specific benefits of working at the head office and a clearer plan for maintaining your responsibilities to make the request more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter follows a sensible order: it introduces the request, gives a reason, explains how you would manage your work, and ends by asking for help. Paragraphing also separates the main points, and phrases such as “Also” and “Could you please” help signal progression. This gives the response a coherent overall arrangement. To make the flow more polished, connect the ideas within paragraphs more explicitly and avoid abrupt transitions—for example, explain how working from Canada would support your digital-marketing development before moving to the remote-work plan. The closing request repeats the idea of needing help, so combine those sentences into one more focused, smoothly linked request.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the purpose, including “head office,” “digital marketing,” “assignments,” and “at your earliest convenience,” so the reader can understand the main message. However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings are inaccurate, including “grabing more Knowledge,” “absense,” “disappoitment,” and “tranfer.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “request you about my transfer” and “help me for my tranfer details.” These errors make the letter less fluent and occasionally require the reader to interpret your intended meaning. Build a more precise set of formal workplace expressions and check spelling and collocations before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You communicate the main request using a mix of simple statements and longer sentences, and the overall meaning remains understandable. However, there are several errors in sentence structure and verb forms. For example, “I am writing regarding to request you” has an incorrect construction, while “I am think” should use a single, correctly formed verb. In “I will complete my all assignments on time and do not give you,” the verb forms are not parallel; use “will complete … and will not disappoint you.” The phrase “I look forward hearing” also needs “to” before the -ing form. Practise accurate formal request patterns and check agreement and verb forms in longer sentences.
