Dear Manager,
I am writing regarding to work six months in the head branch in another country.
I wanted to work in the head office to experience new challanges in another country. Working with new employees will not only helps me to gain new connection but it also helps me to learn new langauge. Working for six months in different environment and culture will improve my personal and professional skills which can later help back in office.
Despite having different timezones, I will work the same hours as I do now. I can you my own laptop to work and use facetime applications to attend any meetings. I even did some research what kind of application I can use to work remotely.
I would appreciate it if you could discuss this with the CEO of the company, and you can also explain how this would help this company eventually.
Yours sincerely,
Rohan

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you explain your interest in gaining international experience, describe how you could work remotely, and ask your manager to discuss the proposal with the CEO. The reasons are relevant, especially learning from new colleagues and developing professional skills. The practical plan is also clear in outline, with your laptop and online meetings mentioned. However, the remote-work arrangements and the benefit to the company are less fully explained than your personal motivation; “I even did some research” does not say what you found or how it supports the plan. To strengthen the letter, give one or two specific examples of how you would maintain responsibilities and explain more directly what the company would gain from your placement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: it introduces the request, gives reasons, explains a possible working arrangement, and ends by asking for assistance. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these stages, and links such as “not only…but also” and “Despite” show an attempt to connect ideas. Some connections are less smooth or precise, however. The sentence about working in a different environment and culture moves quickly from personal development to helping the home office, without explaining the link. The final request also combines asking the manager to speak to the CEO with explaining the company benefit, making the intended action slightly unclear. Use clearer transitions and make each paragraph’s purpose explicit to create more consistent progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “head office,” “timezones,” “remotely,” and “professional skills.” There are also attempts to express more specific concepts, such as gaining connections and adapting to a different culture. However, several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems reduce precision: “head branch” is less suitable than “head office,” “new connection” is unnatural in this context, and “challanges” and “langauge” are misspelled. “Facetime applications” may also be unclear as a general term for video-conferencing software. Aim for accurate, natural workplace expressions and check spelling carefully; this would make the message sound more professional and flexible.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple sentences and more complex forms, including the “not only…but also” construction and a conditional request beginning “I would appreciate it if…”. Most of the message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors are noticeable. For example, “I am writing regarding to work” has an incorrect preposition pattern, “will not only helps me” has a verb-form error, and “I can you my own laptop” appears to be missing the intended verb. The sentence beginning “I even did some research what kind of application…” also needs a clearer grammatical link, such as “research into what kind of applications…”. Review verb forms, prepositions, and sentence construction while retaining your attempts at complex structures.
