Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you explain that you want to develop professionally, identify Tyler and John as colleagues who could cover your work, and ask your manager to help arrange the move. The purpose is clear, and the reasons are relevant. However, some points are less fully explained than others. For example, “double burden of work” and working “under the stress” do not clearly show what you expect to learn at the head office, while the coverage plan would be stronger if you explained how duties would be divided or handed over. The request for help is also quite general. Add specific details about the six-month period and the arrangements you need, and develop the professional benefits more clearly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a recognisable structure, with separate paragraphs for your reasons, work coverage, and request, and the reader can follow its overall purpose. You also use signposting such as “Secondly” and “Not only this” to connect ideas. This gives the response a coherent overall arrangement. Some links are mechanical or unclear, however: “therefore I want to promot my self another place” does not clearly connect your experience to the proposed move, and the transition into the coverage paragraph is abrupt. The final request combines several ideas without a clear sequence. Use more precise links and organise each paragraph around one developed point, especially by explaining how Tyler and John would take over your responsibilities.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant workplace vocabulary, including “head office,” “experience,” “productive,” and “arranging,” so the reader can understand the main purpose. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-choice, and collocation errors make parts of the letter difficult to interpret. Examples include “exlore my potential,” “double burden of work,” “promot my self another place,” and “work requirments.” Some phrases appear to be direct translations rather than natural professional English. Aim for accurate, conventional expressions for career development and temporary work coverage, and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain your reasons and proposed arrangements without changing the meaning the reader has to infer.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “As I trained them” and a sentence using “therefore.” The main message is generally recoverable, but the range is limited and complex constructions are often faulty. For example, “I Would like to inform you as I am working” does not form a clear grammatical opening, and “I would waiting to your reply” has an incorrect verb form and sentence pattern. There are also issues with articles and sentence construction in “make me the competent.” Use a clear request structure such as “I am writing to ask whether…” and check verb forms, articles, and clause connections. More accurate control of these patterns would make the letter easier to read.
