Student answer (Band 6.5)
In this modern era, it becomes normal to have a limitation to go out from houses while there are any protest occurring mostly in the crowded areas. However, in the some parts of united country there are restrictions on young people like not to come out alone from the residence in such situations . In my view, this could have both negative and positive impacts on their survival.
These kind of legislation could save them from severe life threats and reduce their chances to get indulged in bad companies. It can be seen in many societies that youngsters those are free to go around during darkness nights even there is a curfew, those are facing problems like kidnappings, got inquired in fighting or even lost their lives later. This can happens in areas where democratic parties trying to spoil the peaceful environment for their own motives. In addition, if the young ones are allowed to walk alone for making fun with their friends, they can easily pampered by violent criminals during these circumstances.
On the contrary, it should be important to give a chance to teenagers to go by themselves in particular movements that lead to enhance their ability to handle difficult situations and improve their internal strengths. While they have indispensable to go alone in the dark area that could not only boost their stamina to deal with violent activities but also strengthen their capabilities to secure themselves without the companies of others. Therefore, having some kind of freedom would lead to become them a powerful society in the future.
In conclusion, although going out without a company of their elders would be dangerous for young people to some extend but if it could be done under proper guidelines and training, it can really helps to make a teenager such a stronger and disciplined person later.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the pros and cons of teenage curfews. You clearly state your position in the introduction and maintain it throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While you provide reasons for the curfew (safety from crime), the counter-argument regarding 'internal strength' is slightly abstract and could be better supported with more concrete examples. The essay covers all parts of the task, but the link between 'protests' mentioned in the introduction and the general concept of a curfew is slightly confusing, as curfews are often broader than just protest situations. Overall, the ideas are relevant and the position is clear.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized into paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'In addition', 'On the contrary', and 'In conclusion' to signal shifts in your argument. However, the flow within paragraphs is sometimes hindered by awkward phrasing, such as 'While they have indispensable to go alone'. The referencing is generally clear, but the transition between the introduction and the first body paragraph could be smoother. The paragraphing is appropriate, and there is a clear progression of ideas from the benefits of the curfew to the potential drawbacks.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, including terms like 'legislation', 'indispensable', and 'disciplined'. However, there are several instances of inaccurate word choice and collocation that affect precision. For example, 'got inquired in fighting' is non-standard, and 'can easily pampered' is grammatically and lexically incorrect. The phrase 'united country' is also vague. While you attempt to use more sophisticated vocabulary, the errors occasionally make the meaning slightly opaque. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'it becomes normal to have a limitation to go out', 'those are facing problems', and 'this can happens'. Subject-verb agreement and preposition usage are inconsistent. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. You have attempted complex structures, but the control over them is limited, leading to awkward phrasing. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would significantly improve your score.
