It is became debateable that adolescents are not allowed to go outside unless they are with an elder due to the curfew in few places in America. There can numerous reasons behind the regulation. This essay will illustrate the reason behind this restriction and as well as my opinion.
There can be numerous reasons for this, the first and foremost reason is for the teenager safety due curfew. There can consequences if the younger adults will go alone and get injured Which will became problematic for the family members. For instance, if teenagers would go outside alone and saw illegal activities which will eventually create stressors in their mind and they would became psychologically ill. Therefore, to save the young adults from these psychological problem it is safe to get assistance from elder family member to go.
Another crucial reason can be due to the increase in the crimes rates of child trafficking. Owing to which, they make hostages teenagers and then make profits by selling them to buyers. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the curfew and providing an opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. While you mention safety and crime, the arguments lack depth and specific real-world examples, relying instead on hypothetical scenarios like organ trafficking. The conclusion is incomplete, as the final sentence is cut off, which impacts the overall task completion. To improve, ensure you fully develop your arguments with more nuanced reasoning and ensure your conclusion provides a clear summary of your position without being left unfinished.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'There can be numerous reasons'). Some transitions are awkward, such as 'Owing to which, they make hostages teenagers', which disrupts the flow of ideas. The progression of ideas is sometimes hindered by grammatical errors that make the relationship between sentences unclear. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, logical progression from the topic sentence to the supporting details.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward word choices and incorrect collocations, such as 'It is became debateable', 'psychologically ill', and 'make hostages teenagers'. These errors occasionally make the meaning slightly unclear. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and using more precise academic vocabulary. For example, instead of 'make profits', consider 'exploit for financial gain'. Expanding your range of synonyms will help you express your ideas more naturally and effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that affect readability. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('It is became', 'This can leads'), incorrect verb tenses, and sentence fragments. The range of structures is limited, and the attempt at complex sentences often results in errors that impede clarity. For instance, 'Which will became problematic' is a sentence fragment. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of modal verbs. Proofreading your work for these common errors will significantly improve the accuracy and professional tone of your writing.
