Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this today's era, in some parts of the America the new law has been implemented by the authorities that if youngsters can only be allowed to go out from their residential area when they are with their parents. In the other words we can called it Curfew. I think this trend would have both pros and cons on the children mindset. i will discuss both views in upcoming paragraphs.
First and foremost, by following this law government have a positive effect on the society. By doing so the crime rate among youngsters will get reduced. For example, Kidnapping, rape and etc, must have been fallen down. it may enhance the sense of security in youths as they know that they are not alone.
On the other hand, we cannot deny that the fact freedom is constitutional right of all humans. Adolescents below 20years of age are having equal rights to move freely out of their home even in nights. it is the government responsibility to ensure their safety. furthermore, to make our youth more responsible and independent, they should not be restricted by any law. To illustrate this, if the kid in his teenage is always go outside with the company of their parents, how his mindset will adapt that in emergency how he needs to react to protect himself or herself from the problem.
To sum up the above point, such constraints are acceptable up to a certain age limit, but it should be applicable for tanagers. In my opinion, right to freedom is necessary.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the pros and cons of curfews for teenagers. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention that curfews might reduce crime, the explanation is brief and lacks specific, well-developed examples. Similarly, the argument regarding freedom is valid but could be expanded with more nuanced reasoning. The position is clear, but the conclusion is slightly contradictory, as you suggest constraints are acceptable but then immediately state that the right to freedom is necessary, without fully reconciling these two points. To improve, ensure each main idea is supported by a detailed explanation or a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices such as 'First and foremost', 'On the other hand', and 'To sum up', which effectively signal the transition between ideas. However, some of the linking is a bit mechanical, and there are instances where the flow between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of crime and the sense of security is abrupt. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the final paragraph where the term 'tanagers' appears to be a misspelling of 'teenagers', causing a minor disruption in the logical flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to express your opinions clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'implemented', 'authorities', 'constitutional right', and 'constraints'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'In this today's era' (a redundant phrase) and 'must have been fallen down' (which is grammatically and lexically awkward). To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary and avoid repetitive or informal phrasing. The spelling error 'tanagers' also detracts from the overall quality.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'if youngsters can only be allowed' (incorrect conditional structure), 'we can called it' (incorrect verb form), and 'if the kid in his teenage is always go outside' (incorrect tense and structure). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency of the essay. To improve, focus on mastering subject-verb agreement, correct tense usage in conditional sentences, and ensuring that complex structures are formed accurately.
