Student answer (Band 5.5)
Implementation of CURFEW for teenagers in outdoor at night was very brilliant, Because nowadays, the crime rate is increasing rapidly such as Rape, Theft, Kidnapping and etc. I think implementing constitutional law is the best way for reducing the criminal attempts. However, teenagers can be hard-headed may cause of disobedience and leads them towards becoming more aggressive.
First and foremost, making law such a curfew it's totally good for the society to mobilized these teenagers and to make sure that they are protected from crime like kidnapping, rape, Homicide. Many countries are imposed this constitution to make a better accommodation and avoid any kind of conflict between their citizens and those who have been harmed. In Philippines they imposed this law because many of young people have been missing and being rapped at night. Therefore this makes result of panic attacks by parents and worrying about their child. However, when they implement the law the result of getting harmed are slowly reducing and also the crime. Nevertheless, many of teenagers are complaining about this constitution because they think that being locked up or prohibited to walk at late night are annoying them so much they say, they don't have a freedom and the government are overreaction and the result young people are tend to be an hard-headed and not following the law as well.
In my perspective, is very important for parents to teach their children and guide them and also to be aware of what the consequences might be happen if they disobey the law
In conclusion curfew have a lot of benefits for society's to avoiding crime and discipline the young generation to aware of them during their lifetime. Having a curfew are very important to avoid crime.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you support curfews because they may protect teenagers and reduce crime. You address both the potential benefits and a concern about restrictions, and the example of the Philippines helps make the discussion relevant. This fits the task well overall. However, some ideas are asserted rather than explained: for instance, you say crime and harm are “slowly reducing” after the law is introduced, but do not show how or provide support for that claim. The point that teenagers may become more aggressive or disobedient is also introduced but not developed. Your final paragraph shifts to parents’ responsibilities without clearly explaining how this relates to your view of curfews. Develop these points and clarify the balance between protection and personal freedom.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a main discussion and a conclusion, and the reader can generally follow your position. You also use linking expressions such as “First and foremost,” “However,” and “In conclusion.” However, progression within the long second paragraph is difficult to follow: it moves from protection and crime to the Philippines, then to parents’ worries and teenagers’ objections, with several ideas crowded together. Some connectors are repetitive or do not clearly show the relationship between ideas, and the final paragraph is too brief to connect its point about parental guidance to the argument. Use separate paragraphs for benefits and drawbacks, and make each paragraph develop one main point in a clear sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “curfew,” “crime rate,” “kidnapping,” “freedom,” and “consequences,” so the subject is clear. There are also attempts at more formal expressions, such as “implementing constitutional law.” However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the meaning harder to understand. For example, “mobilized these teenagers” does not express the intended idea of protecting or supervising them, and “better accommodation” is unclear in this context. “Rapped” appears to be a spelling error for “raped,” while “hard-headed” is repeated and informal for this argument. Aim for precise, natural combinations such as “impose a curfew,” “reduce crime,” and “restrict young people’s freedom.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast introduced by “However” and a reason clause beginning “because.” The main position is usually understandable, but errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement and punctuation are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to read. For example, “teenagers can be hard-headed may cause of disobedience” combines structures incorrectly, while “many countries are imposed this constitution” has an incorrect verb form. Agreement is also inconsistent in “the government are overreaction,” and the opening sentence has an awkward construction and comma splice. Practise building complete sentences with one clear subject and verb, then check agreement and tense. Breaking long sentences into shorter units will also help you control punctuation.
