Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the few areas of the United Sate, the curfew has been imposed , wherein teenagers are prohibted to go outsides especially at night without the seniors. In my oppion, this is really benificial for children to keep them safe at home but they cannot stay at home for long time. I will explain my views in the upcoming peragraphs.
As far as my views are concerned, I belive that it can greatly contribute to keep the children safe from the outside any mishappaning under the supervision of their parents. Another noteworthy point of considertaion is that, seniors can get a chance to spend quality time with their beloved resulting to can share daily updates with each others. Furthermore, they can focus on their acdemic chores and complete their work on time rather than squendering time with their peers.
On the other hand, the negative side of curfew for long time cannot be ignore as many parents and children are working at night so they cannot stay with each others so ultimately it have negative impacts on their work performance.
On top of that, At this stage of life children are mature so they do not need any company form their seniors to do anything outsides. Last but not least, instead of restrictions on teenagers government should close all shops, restaurent and working place at these particular areas at night so that they cannot go outsides.
To recapitulate, I would reckon that people adopt sagacious approach towards sending their kids outside by seeing the outdoor conditions into consideration in order to gain holistic growth with respeldent walk of life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a recognisable opinion: curfews can protect teenagers, but prolonged restrictions may be unfair or impractical. The response also considers several relevant effects, including parental supervision, time for schoolwork, and adults’ night-time work. However, the position is not fully clear: the opening supports curfews, while the conclusion recommends judging outdoor conditions rather than stating whether curfews should be imposed. Some points are asserted rather than explained—for example, the claim that teenagers are mature enough to go out without adults needs support, and the suggestion to close shops and workplaces is not clearly connected to the problem. State your view consistently and develop fewer reasons with specific explanations or examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall shape, with an introduction, a paragraph supporting curfews, a paragraph presenting drawbacks, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “On the other hand” and “To recapitulate” help signal these stages. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, with several points added in sequence rather than developed. Some connections are unclear, particularly the move from teenagers’ maturity to closing shops and workplaces. References such as “they” and “each others” also make it difficult to identify exactly who is meant. Improve cohesion by grouping related ideas, explaining how each point supports your opinion, and using pronouns with clear antecedents.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “supervision,” “quality time,” “work performance,” and “restrictions.” These choices show an effort to discuss both benefits and drawbacks. However, frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word forms or collocations sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow, as in “prohibted,” “mishappaning,” “squendering,” and “respeldent walk of life.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “seniors” for parents or adults and “outdoor conditions” for the circumstances outside at night. Aim for accurate, natural phrasing rather than ornate expressions, and proofread spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “as,” “so,” and “rather than.” This gives the response some structural variety. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction can make ideas hard to understand. For example, “it have negative impacts” needs subject–verb agreement, while “resulting to can share” does not form a grammatical clause. The opening also contains an awkwardly constructed sentence, and several long sentences join ideas without clear punctuation. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea and a correctly formed supporting clause, then check agreement and verb patterns.
