Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the recent time, in some area of us a lockdown is enforced in which childrens are not allow to go ouside unless are they with their parents. In this statement i will give my prespective with example.
In some areas of us curfew is imposed due to some resons in which we have to do care of our family and kids. when something bad is happen in the city or country then the government set a curfew for safety of others people and in every corners of road there a police man for our safety on that time we have pay attention on our childrens. If they want to go outside during the night we should go with them for their safety because its risky if they are going out alone.
The policey maker warn the public through social media or newspaper about the situation going on in the some areas of us these types of things are helpful fot those who are inside the homes. In many cities during the nights the youngsters are enjoying parties with their friends during the curfew which is against the law and safety as well, they are just risiking their lifes. For instance, recent year the lockdown is compulsary in kashmir because of war was there and the organisatation made the rules for safety of people and told them dont leave your homes in night stay inside is better for all of you, on that time the famous singer is went out for some shopping and he was alone when he arrived in the main city center he got fired from an unknown person , thatswhy we have to spend a time in homes during the curfew.
It is clear that, if something is happan in any country we have to agree with rules which are implement by the government and do not leave our tennagers outside in the night if they want to go outside then we should go with them

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a broadly relevant opinion: your conclusion supports keeping teenagers indoors during a curfew unless accompanied, and you explain that this can protect them from danger. The example about a singer being shot also attempts to illustrate the risk. However, the response only partly addresses the specific question, which concerns restrictions on teenagers at night, because much of the discussion shifts to emergency lockdowns affecting the whole public. Your position is not fully clear at the start, where you describe a lockdown rather than state whether you support a teenage curfew. Develop the reasons specifically around teenagers, such as safety, independence, or whether adult supervision is a fair requirement, and explain your example more clearly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from an introduction to reasons, an example, and a conclusion. Some links, such as “For instance” and “It is clear that,” help signal the relationship between ideas. However, progression is uneven: the discussion moves from family care to police presence, social-media warnings, parties, and then a general lockdown example without consistently connecting these points to a curfew for teenagers. Several sentences contain multiple ideas joined together, making the line of reasoning difficult to follow. Referencing is also unclear in places, such as “on that time” and “these types of things.” Organise the body around two clear reasons and use shorter sentences with explicit links between each claim and its supporting example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “curfew,” “government,” “safety,” “law,” and “situation,” so the main subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “safety,” “outside,” and “curfew.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, including “resons,” “risiking,” “policey maker,” and “fired,” which may make parts of the example harder to understand. Some expressions are imprecise, such as “do care of our family and kids” and “in every corners of road.” Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; this will make your ideas clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example, “If they want to go outside during the night we should go with them.” However, complex sentences are often not controlled, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the meaning. Examples include “childrens are not allow,” “unless are they,” “when something bad is happen,” and “the famous singer is went out.” These show problems with verb forms, word order, agreement, and sentence construction. Punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent, especially at sentence boundaries. Practise forming accurate past-tense narratives and conditional sentences, and separate ideas that currently run together. More reliable control of basic sentence patterns is needed before adding longer structures.
