IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am a manager at TUV Company. I held a office meeting for full day in your hotel five star. In the terms of feeback, colleagues were satisfied from view and amenities of hotel. However, they gave the negative comments regarding lunch.

After seeing the view of hotel, participants were appreciating the desing of the walls, furniture such as dining table, chairs, sofa were extremely comfortable to sit for them. They were feeling on the ninth cloud after watching view of theather. Furthermore, I heard praise for staff members that they are so polite and supportive.

In the case of meal services, food items were not provided, which were ordered. Grilled chicken and butter chicken cooked badly and was unable to eat. Drinks contain high sugar . Someone then had diabities issue. I felt embrassed front of them for food.
