IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir.

I am ojoko ifechika. I rented the hall on the 20th august 2026 for an in door meeting that is organized for my company.

The hall contained five hundred gust. It was well spaced, the table and chair arrangement was perfect for the meeting. I must also commend your staffs, they were so polite while directing the gust to meeting venue.

I wish to call on the attention of the manger of the hotel on the types of dash and the services of their chefs to the clients.

The services of food in the in door meeting that is was not apporates my gust was not startifyed with the level of legence,desert was not served. Food was brought thirt mins to the end of the meeting.

I will recommended speviersor that fore sees all the services rendered to all clients.

I hope my suggestion will be accepted and appoprate changes put in places.
