IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the experience me and my team had at your hotel the other day. I organised a all day long company meeting at your hotel which took place on last Monday.

Not only your hotel is so lavish but also the staff working is courteous who made the whole experience remarkable. The whole interior of the hotel is picture pleasing. Moreover, the plants placed in the hallways are so lively.

However, food options available were just limited to non vegetarians. In Addition, we ordered Chinese oblivious to the fact that we will run into disaster . Crabs turned out to be stale and undercooked which made us all disappointed.

I would like you to look into this matter. Also, suggest you to hire some good chefs. Another think I would like to recommend is to add some vegetarian options in the menu. therefore, vegetarians can enjoy themselves as well.
