IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

DEAR SIR,

I hope you are doing well. I am so happy to say that we liked your hotel. My colleague also happy to get best arrangements and had a peacefully meeting complete. Next year, we will have the same meeting ,thus , we are planning to book your hotel room.

However, one of our colleague became sick after eating lunch at your restaurant. He eat salad, tuna fish and soup with nuts ice cream and he told that salad was smelling weird. Also , he does not like the service of your restaurant about serving food . Foods was looked old. Just because of this reason we are unhappy with your restaurant.

I want to give some suggestion about your improvement in this particular sector by having more staff then, preparing food in the proper method by taking and maintain temperature of the food. Another quintessential thing is that your staff ought to need to learn about how to serve food in the proper sequence. So, those thing manager should know about.
