Dear sir,
I would like expressed our thoughts about last meeting which we held in your hotel in last week. Most of the participants were enjoyed your hotel atmosphere and hospitality throughout the day.
By the way, I'm really sorry to informed that the lunch you had provided us, which make most of the people got sick and had unpleasant experience. The food was so cold and it wasn't fresh earther. As i know, the food wasn't provide your hotel and ordered by the buffer from the outside provider.
Further mare, if your hotel able to make food specially for the events days, and customers get warm and fresh meals and it will improve your hotel quality and customers satisfactions. Despite the traditional meals, if it possible to make any different kind of dishes especially for the vegetarian would be great options. In those variety of changes, makes the hotel reputation and profit will be remarkable.
Thanks .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The letter covers all three bullet points required by the prompt. You successfully identified what participants liked (atmosphere and hospitality), explained the issue with the food (cold, not fresh, and outsourced), and provided suggestions for improvement (in-house catering and vegetarian options). The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although the opening and closing need refinement. The ideas are relevant and clearly presented, meeting the requirements of the task effectively. To reach a higher band, ensure that the purpose of the letter is stated more clearly in the opening sentence and that the tone remains consistently professional throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organised into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'By the way' to introduce a complaint, which is too informal for this context. Transitions like 'Further mare' (spelling error) and 'Despite the traditional meals' are used, but they do not always connect ideas smoothly. The paragraphing is sufficient, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using more natural linking phrases to create a more cohesive argument. Overall, the message is clear, but the progression of ideas could be more sophisticated.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'hospitality', 'reputation', and 'satisfactions'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'buffer' (likely meaning 'buffet') and 'earther' (likely meaning 'either'). Some collocations are also non-standard, such as 'make food specially for the events days'. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they indicate a need for more precise vocabulary usage. Expanding your range of formal expressions would help improve your score in this area.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You have frequent errors in verb tense and form, such as 'I would like expressed' (should be 'to express'), 'participants were enjoyed' (should be 'enjoyed'), and 'I'm really sorry to informed' (should be 'to inform'). Additionally, there are issues with subject-verb agreement and sentence construction, such as 'the food wasn't provide your hotel'. While the meaning remains clear, these persistent grammatical errors impact the fluency of the text. Focusing on basic verb patterns and proofreading for common tense mistakes will significantly improve your accuracy.
