IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my and my team members feedback regarding visiting to your hotel this Sunday.

First of all, we really appreciate your customer service as we went there we all were guided properly till our meeting room. My colleagues not only liked the customer service but also the way everything was maintained. We also adored the interior of your hotel.

The thing I would like to mention that my participants at the meeting did not liked was the food. The main reason they mentioned because it was not hot enough, and was way more than spicy for them.

Moreover, I should recommend you to tell you employees to always ask the customers for the kind of food they like, temperature, and the level of spices they wanted to add to make food more tasty.

I would be so thankful to you if you could ameliorate these things so that we can visit again to the hotel.
