IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to share my experience and employers feedback while our stay at your hotel.

The participants liked the quite and clean environment of the hotel. Since there was a company meeting, people appreciated the sitting arrangements. Individuals praised about the separate meeting rooms in the hotel. Everyone beleived that they attended meeting without any diversion.

Although the arrangements were perfect, participants were not happy with the food. According to their feedback, food was not fresh and hot; moreover, spices its there was excess use of spices in the food. Employees were complaining about beverages as well because they were not cold drinks. In the feedback, food is the sector to get negative remarks.

I would suggest you to cook fresh food according the choices of community. Spices should be given touches of spices should be provided separately so that individuals coul

use accordingly. Beverages should be stored in a freezer and be provided according to the demand of the customers.
