IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'am writing a feedback about a recently organized all-day meeting our company had at your hotel.

Overall, our participants liked the hotels staff"s friendly bahaviour , they were pleased with the interior and loved the calm clear view from balcony of lake Ontario.They particularly appreciated about the spacious meeting rooms and the huge screen it has been equipped with which covers the whole meeting room which was very important for our project . In addition the hotels central location made it very accesible for everyone to commute easily without an issue for parking and local transport.

Unfortunately, our participant's got dissappointed with the lunch which was served To brief you, the food was cold and was not edible easily. In addition, there were very less vegtarian options presented and the chef had not followed the required food allergy list as some of our guests are lactogene tolerant and some have allergy with nuts.

We as a team Accenture incorporation have a suggestion that will help you to improve the food in future. Firstly the chefs have to be well Informed with the requirements of guests and must follow the dietery restrictions .Secondly you must make sure the food is piping hot .

I really appreciate doing business with you overall our experience was fabulous and would definately visit once everything can be arranged as listed above.
