IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say what the participants liked about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Sir,

My name is Harpreet Kaur. I recently held an all-day meeting in your hotel. I am writing this letter because i want to share some bad experiences which we got last time . Our all employee liked your hotel alot. All the arrangements are really good. All employees of the hotel were respectful towards us. But there are some things that they did not like about the hotel. First of all, they do not like the food because it was not fresh and it was not smelling good. Even some of the food was not properly cooked. They were so embarrased about the food. Second thing is that there was so much spices in food. Because of that, we could not able to eat food proprly.

I want to recommend some solutions which you can apply and make there service much better in the future. You can choose a good quality food so that it can stay for a long time. You can make food two hours before from the event so that food can not be smell bad. Furthermore, you can use a less spices , so that everyone can eat nicely along with children.
